If you wish to check the
status of a previously mailed transcript request, you
may call (817) 272-3372.
Although it can vary, it
generally takes five business days from the date we
receive a mailed request to the date we put our response
in the mail.
If you need the transcript to be sent by Express
Mail, you MUST use our online
service. If we receive a transcript order by
mail that needs to be sent via Express Mail, we will
not be able to process it. We will contact the
student, direct them to use our
online service, and return to the student any money
sent with the initial mail order.
To place your request by
mail, send a signed written request to:

Dates of enrollment

The name and complete
address of each recipient (Your
name and address if you want it sent
to you.)
Photocopy of a picture ID*

Your legal signature to
authorize the release of your transcript

$7.00 per each
transcript copy requested.

Special instructions.
If transcripts are being sent to yourself so
you may forward them to others institutions, please
be sure to request separate signed sealed envelopes.
Most schools require this and we only do this only upon
request.
Please specify if you need
your request to be held for current semester grades,
degrees, grade changes, or if you need any type of
special handling such as placing transcripts that are
being mailed to the student in separate signed sealed
envelopes.
Make your check or money
order payable to:
The
University of Texas at Arlington.
The photocopy of your picture ID will be securely stored at The University of Texas at Arlington Records Office for a one-year period and shredded after one year. The ID can be an active school identification card or other picture ID.
