Prerequisites are being enforced. MyMav will
prevent students from registering for certain courses if they have
not satisfied the prerequisite coursework. Check with your academic
advisor or the catalog to determine if you will be affected.

Print Your Own Enrollment Verification
If you are currently enrolled as a student at UT Arlington, you may print your own
Enrollment Verification Certificate.
Log into MyMav and click on Request Enrollment Verification in the Academics section of your Student Center to access
the National Student Loan Clearinghouse (NSLC) website. NOTE: Official Enrollment Verifications are only available
AFTER census date of semester requested. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing any letters of verification
and/or any forms that must be filled out by the Registrar’s Office.
Exception Requests Related to Dropping Classes

when seeking to drop a course after the Last Drop Date.
The Office of the Provost will determine the final
outcome of the appeal. Please be aware that exception
requests are rarely granted.

Undergraduate Graduation Application Deadlines
Important Dates for Bachelor's Degree Recipients
- Diplomas will be mailed out beginning Monday, February 9, 2009 to
Fall 2008
Bachelor's Degree recipients who paid a fee to have their diplomas mailed. Please allow 7 - 10 days for mailed diploma delivery.
- Fall 2008 Bachelor's Degree recipients, who chose to pick up their diplomas vs. having them mailed, may pick them up in the Office of Records (Room 129, Davis Hall) beginning Monday,
February 9, 2009.
Note to Master's & Ph.D. Degree Recipients: You will receive notification by mail from the Graduate School (Room 333, Davis Hall) when graduate diplomas are available.
Ordering An Official Transcript
- Transcript Fees - The fee for each official transcript is $7.00, if ordered online. For transcript orders that are placed in person for immediate pickup, an additional $10.00 rush order fee will be charged.
Office of Records Hours
- Standard operating hours for the Office of Admissions, Records and Registration are:
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am - 5pm, excluding university holidays.
- Monday and Thursday from 8am - 7pm, excluding university holidays.
