Kalpana Chawla (KC) Hall

Driving South on Cooper St. from I-30

  • The first traffic light you will come to on Cooper Street when you reach the UTA campus is UTA Boulevard (formerly Border St.).

  • Be in the left hand turning lane and turn left onto UTA Boulevard (formerly Border St.) heading East.

  • The first traffic light you come to on UTA Boulevard (formerly Border St.) will be Pecan Street.

  • Turn right onto Pecan Street heading South.

  • You will come to a 4-Way stop in front of Arlington Hall.  Proceed straight through the 4-way stop.

  • The next traffic light will be at a 3-way intersection with 4th Street.  Turn right onto 4th Street

  • You will come to a 4-Way Stop at the intersection for 4th Street and S. Oak Street.  S. Oak Street runs one way only.  Take a left onto S. Oak Street.  At the next stop sign you will be in front of KC Hall.

  • Parking for KC Hall is on the North and South ends of the building, and in the large lot to the East side of the building.  Parking is NOT permitted in the lot directly in front of KC Hall to the West of the building.

 

Driving North on Cooper St. from I-20

  • The first traffic light you will come to on Cooper Street when you reach the UTA campus is Mitchell Street.

  • Be in the right hand turning lane and turn right onto Mitchell Street heading East.

  • You will come to one small 4-way traffic light, proceed straight through this light.

  • The second traffic light you come to will be Pecan Street, be in the left hand lane when approaching this light.

  • Turn left onto Pecan Street heading North.

  • The next traffic light will be at a 3-way intersection with 4th Street.  Turn left onto 4th Street

  • You will come to a 4-Way Stop at the intersection for 4th Street and S. Oak Street.  S. Oak Street runs one way only.  Take a left onto S. Oak Street.  At the next stop sign you will be in front of KC Hall.

  • Parking for KC Hall is on the North and South ends of the building, and in the large lot to the East side of the building.  Parking is NOT permitted in the lot directly in front of KC Hall to the West of the building.
